35 Summers began as a studio project
formed after the break up of Holiman's band The River Roses. The first Cd "Let Go" featured Jonathan Richman's drummer
Tom Larkins and the Violin and vocal talents of Bridget Keating. This CD recieved many rave reviews and the song "Our
Hearts Collide" still recieves airplay as far away as KAMP radio in Seattle.
After "Let Go" 35 Summers recorded "Biblioteca"
which was more of a "band" CD and featured the break out song "We Are Soul" that was in rotation on Tucson
radio for months.
The last
35 Summers Cd was "Bleed Out Loud" it was recorded right before Holiman left to play on a tour for his friend Chris
Cacavas in Europe. Soon after returning the 35 Summers line-up fell apart and Holiman formed the trio The Downtown Saints
with 35 Summers drummer Todd Pearson and bassist Kelly Burd.
